We take quality and safety seriously.  When we decided to offer sushi prepared on site we worked closely with the city of Boston Health Department in implementing a hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) plan. HACCP is federally regulated and required by the city of Boston in any establishment preparing sushi on site.  Before consuming sushi anywhere in the city of Boston make sure their HACCP plan is in place to ensure quality and safety.
